Comments by the artist
This is a section of a larger drawing of her full body. With this drawing I tried to make each line count. I have used simple hatching for the tone of her hair and then I've picked out just a few locks to give the impression of what her hair as a whole is doing. I've also made a conscious effort not to draw any harsh lines that are too black. I am very happy with the result.
